[plt-scheme] Are web-server continuations "safe"?

That is definitely our intention. We have a few libraries out there  
but we're lagging slightly in terms of documentation and 3.99  
compatibility. I need to sit down and spend a weekend fixing things  
and releasing them.

Back to Dispatch. I'm going to look at adding some of Jay's ideas from  
url-param.ss, either by delegating to that library or by duplicating  
some of his effort. I'll ping the list as soon as I make progress.

It's more about coolness than marketing :) I have a couple of ideas -  
I'll just pick the one I like most when it comes to release.
