Thanks Matthew.  That'll probably solve the problem reported earlier in
my post with headers:

   Subject: Essentials of Prog. Lang. 6-grammar.scm bad scanner
   Date: Tue, 17 Jun 2008 05:46:38 -0500

However, it's unclear what to do after `svn update`,
Is `make install ` sufficient or must that be
preceded by `make `?
