[plt-scheme] LinkedIn

A "PLT Scheme Users" group on LinkedIn seems like an OK idea to me.  
LinkedIn is the only social networking site I'm willing to be on.

Creating and administering a LinkedIn group looks easy.  I almost 
created it myself just now, then decided that an official PLT person 
might be a better impresario.

(I'm having flashbacks to when the "scheme.org" domain name was 
controlled by a person who dropped off the face of the planet.)
