[plt-scheme] questions about modules and keyword arguments and so on

An extra tip:

If you're using PLT 4, you have to click the "Browse packages for 4.x"  
button in the top right of the page. Dispatch and Instaservlet have  
both had updates that are for PLT 4 only, so you won't see the  
documentation for the newest versions unless you do this.
