[plt-scheme] bug in my DrScheme, version 372, English

Come to think of it, I don't remember having ever
tried to get DrScheme to connect to the Internet at
this office before. I changed offices on November 26
of last year, and although I seem to remember
DrScheme, version 371, connecting properly there, I
don't think that I had tried connecting it here until
just now.

Is there a possibility that this issue could be
independent of the prior uninstallation problem, and
perhaps firewall-related? I just tried turning off
the built-in Windows XP firewall, to no avail; is it
possible that a corporate firewall could be blocking
access?
