[plt-scheme] pretty URLs

as i said it didn't open at the time despite i followed it.  Dave Gurnell just wrote in his
previous email that he fixed this, and indeed: thanks, Dave, i see the page and if i cannot get a
similar line working with my servlet and the plt-scheme 1.4.3 i am compiling now (on Debian/PPC)
then i will try the dispatch.ss way. :)
