[plt-scheme] Handin server DrScheme version?

Hi folks,

I see that the server and client are not included with "stable"
releases; instead they are only available from SVN or pre-releases.

Why is that the case?

Do you normally have students use the same pre-release as the server?

I am used to using the "stable" release all around, so I'm not sure
how to proceed here.
