[plt-scheme] about tex2page

I'm bothered by tex2page. I want to transform a tex file to html ,also I use
tex2page. But I have some problems.
first ) how can I specify a charset that is gb2312. (because my html  is
chaos in some other locations .)
That cannot work well when I add a sentence in jobname.t2p file.

This question is about tex and tex2page(mzscheme). And I don't know post
here is suitable.
