[plt-scheme] DivaScheme needed reinstallation after svn update of DrScheme

That's expected, although maybe we could do better.  What's happening is 
that PLaneT keeps separate sets of packages specific to the version of 
DrScheme.  And since DivaScheme's installed as a PLaneT package, it would 
be affected by a DrScheme update.
