[plt-scheme] Re: compiling flickr.plt via PLaneT doesn't create a "compiled" directory

I think Eric's point is that there is no cached directory, regardless of 
the Planet package (can you verify this with another package Eric?). 
It's noticeable when using flickr only because it takes a long time to 
compile due to the compile-time web API calls.
