[plt-scheme] Docs and the web

Hi all,

The pre-release docs which used to be found directly by
docs.plt-scheme.org now shows up an initial fedora page.
By going to http://download.plt-scheme.org/doc/ I get an error (is it
just me?).

It would be nice to have some redirect of docs.plt-scheme.org to the
whole docs including pre-release ones.
