[plt-scheme] error uploading large planet package

I just tried to upload a new version of my allegro.plt package but 
received this error about 2 minutes into the upload

Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an

The proxy server could not handle the request

Reason: *Document contains no data

I guess because the package is so large. The package I was trying to
