[plt-scheme] Where to get user manuals in PDF or PS form (for printing)?

Hi folks,

Pretty new to Scheme, I'm reading up on PLT. I would like to print hard copies
of some of the documentation, 'PLT MzScheme: Language Manual' for example.

In order to do so I will probably utilize lulu.com. With that in mind:

1. Where may I get current PDF or PS copies of the manuals?
2. Did you have a desired book size in mind for printing those manuals?
