[plt-scheme] SQLID not loading on PLT 360/Windows

Do you mean installing 301 as a solution?  I currently have
libmzsch360_000.dll instead of libmzsch301_000.dll (hence not sure if
installing 360 will give me a 301 dll).  I assume higher version is better,
right?
