[plt-scheme] SQLID not loading on PLT 360/Windows

Hi -

Earlier this month someone asked about using mysql with mzscheme (
http://list.cs.brown.edu/pipermail/plt-scheme/2007-March/016693.html).  I am
also attempting to do the same with PLT 360 on Windows XP, but the library
apparently requires 301 on Windows?

I get the following error:

The application has failed to start because libmzsch301_000.dll was not
found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

How can I address this problem?  Any advise is appreciated.
