[plt-scheme] Whoever is improving Check Syntax across macros in svn, thank you so much!

I was very happy to see the recent improvements to DrScheme in svn, 
especially the improvements to Check Syntax; the lexical scoping arrows 
seem to be working a lot better in macro definitions.  Thank you!
