[plt-scheme] IRC Client?

Hi, I was just wondering if there was an IRC client (not a client as in 
to connect to IRC and chat, but a simple interface for a bot or 
something) for PLT Scheme? I've seen one for Chicken, but nothing for 
other Scheme systems.
