[plt-scheme] Clearly, you're up to something with the Web Server

One of my background tasks is updating the documentation. Until then,
here's two recent papers written about the server:

You may be interested in Flapjax, which is nothing like the server
(other than being an awesome way to program for the web inspired by
something cool, in this case, FrTime.)
