[plt-scheme] problem with 370.3 and 370.4

Hi,
As far as not yet known, I think the PLT team may want to know that DrScheme of 
versions FULL 370.3-svn20jun2007 [3m] and FULL 370.4-svn28jun2007[3m] installed 
under Windows XP home seem to have problems with the Language/Choose-Language 
and Help/Help-desk menu items. After selection of one of these items, DrScheme 
does not repond, shows garbage collection about twice per second and even 
refuses to quit. This problem does not occur in version 370.2.
