[plt-scheme] using xml syntax for programming in scheme

This is truly insane!  :)

A few years back the whole program in XML thing seemed to be quite
strong.  I think it died out quite quickly when people actually
started programming in XSLT.  The horror!  The horror!

Note that XQuery doesn't use an XML syntax.
