[plt-scheme] Handin-Server

I am trying to configure the Handin-Server for next
year in my classes.  Step 7 in the doc.txt file says:

 7.  In your new directory, run
        mred -mvqM handin-server

bash-3.1$ /usr/local/plt370/bin/mred -mvqM
handin-server
load-handler: expected a `module' declaration for
`logger' in
#<path:/usr/local/plt370/collects/handin-server/private/logger.ss>,
but found end-of-file

/usr/local/plt370/collects/mred/private/snipfile.ss:217:19

The private directory does not exist in SVN and
doesn't contain the file logger.ss.  Can anyone tell
me what information logger.ss must have in it?  It
seems to be expecting a module.
