[plt-scheme] PLT-Scheme web server doesn't like me.

Firstly:

As far as I know, I have checked if there even was a "C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Application Data\PLT
Scheme\370\collects\web-server\private\" directory, and I can confirm to you
that unless the folder's so damn hidden that no changes to explorer can even
hint at its existence, it simply does not exist.
I consider this to be strange because I just reinstalled DrScheme, and I can
truly say that the same error still occurs. I believe that this is enough to
prove that I haven't personally "broken anything", if that is what many of
you may be thinking.

Sorry if I've said or done anything wrong; this is my first time posting
anything on a mail-list. I don't see any PLT-Scheme forums, so I assume that
this is the only way in which I can get support.
