[plt-scheme] Pointers: Adding preferences menu/configuration file to a tool?

Uhh... maybe. Each time something changes in the manual, the file
names change. That is the right directory for sure, tho. You might
just try searching for "preferences" in Help Desk, or navigate to the
table of contents of the manual that the file below is in.
