[plt-scheme] Help Desk in a tab?

Good idea, though I think a show/hide panel like the Module
Browser(lhs), or the tracing(rhs) would be nicer than a tab - so you
can see both the documentation and your code at the same time.

Or even better, split windows so you can see your code and another
document at the same time, either the Help Desk or another file
