[plt-scheme] typed-scm

Somewhat relatedly, why are there two typed-scheme packages?

(require (planet "typed-scheme.ss" ("plt" "typed-scheme.plt" 1 2)))
(require (planet "typed-scheme.ss" ("samth" "typed-scheme.plt" 1 0)))
