[plt-scheme] Help with Dr Scheme Syntax Coloring

I've just checked in a change to SVN to make this possible. It wasn't
possible before. So, if you want to be able to do it, you'll need to
build drscheme yourself (or wait until tomorrow for the nightly build
to catch up).
