[plt-scheme] Can't run Dr. Scheme
Well, I'm not sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if removing the
preferences didn't actually work. The bug I fixed could easily just be
a symptom (and the symptom was particularly brutal in this case, but
if I'm right, the bug would still exist, but would have a more limited
effect).
