[plt-scheme] Can't run Dr. Scheme

Try removing your preferences file. It will be called "plt-prefs.ss".


In v3.99, I get the above message if I 

 1. Start DrScheme

 2. Select the "Module" laguage

 3. Choose "Show Details"

 4. Delete "<<default collection paths>>" from the collection paths
    list.

  5 Click "Ok" and then "Run"

Furthermore, after putting DrScheme into this bad state, restarting
doesn't help. It just gives me the above error on start-up.

I expect that v371 has exactly the same problem. Deleting the
preferences file gets DrScheme out of the bad state.
