[plt-scheme] editor coordinates units

Hello Everyone,
Could someone please explain the
units of the function get-view in snip-admin% in the Mr.Ed library.  The
function is (send a-snip-admin get-view x y w h snip) and the help desk lists
the units as "If snip is #f, the total visible region of the snip's
top-level display is returned in editor coordinates."  What
do "editor coordinates" mean and how are they
calibrated? Thank you.
