[plt-scheme] Net Collection: FTP PUT command

Hi,

I'm looking at the Net collection documentation and there does not
seem to be a function for the FTP put command. Am I missing something
or is this operation not supported in the collection? Are there
alternative libraries I could try for interfacing with FTP servers?
