[plt-scheme] PLT Scheme v371

Hi -

thanks for the great work!!  Seems like the performance is steadily
increasing!!

It seems that collects\web-server\configuration.ss has disappeared in 371.
I use it to figure out the configuration values of the web-server.  Where
can I find its replacement?

Also - is there a link that describes the detailed changes?
