[plt-scheme] SRFI-42

Hi all,

I have a released a reimplementation of srfi-42 through PLaneT.

     (require (planet "42.ss" ("soegaard" "srfi.plt" 2 1)))

The goal is to give better error messages than the reference
implementation. I believe this goal has been reached thanks
to the syntax-case macro system.

However, if you find any examples, where the error messages
could be improved, please send them to me.
