[plt-scheme] require planet packages, latest version?

What I did was (in msys):

rm -rf /c/Documents\ and\ Settings/hdijkema/Application\ Data/PLT\ 
Scheme/planet/300/360/

planet -p
<nothing there>

I think this should clear the cache???
