[plt-scheme] 369.11

MzScheme and MrEd are now version 369.11 in the SVN repository trunk.

The changes are small:

  * Added optional arguments to `get-output-bytes' for resetting the
    port and/or getting a subset of the port's content.

  * Added `custodian-memory-accounting-available?'.

  * Added an `is-maximized?' method to frame%.
