[plt-scheme] smysql

Dear All,

Eric Knauel, author of Myscsh, a mysql implemention for scheme48 and
scsh has just put his code to the svn of schematics.sf.net. He likes the 
idea
to make the code also available for PLT Scheme. We can now modify
the code (which must still also work for scheme48 and scsh) to also
work with plt scheme.
