[plt-scheme] (write-image-to-file file-path [cont-proc]) or (read-image-from-file file-path arg-vector)

Hello:
Is the    (write-image-to-file file-path [cont-proc]) or (read-image- 
from-file file-path arg-vector) supported now? I thought that I read  
it was on UNIX. I running Mac OSX ppc.
