[plt-scheme] Scheme and html

I'm interested in using PLT Scheme for web site maintenance.  
Basically, what I want to
do is read template files, which contains html and embedded scheme  
fragments, prefixed by $.
Html is simply written through to the output file. Scheme fragments  
will be evaluated by my app,
and used to generate additional html markup.
Now i wonder, how can I given these circumstances, load additional  
libraries in the template
files, so they are entered in the global environment.
