[plt-scheme] SICP Picture Language - version 1.1

Hi all,

A quick note to say, that the SICP Picture Laguage version 1.1
is now available from a planet near you.

Version 1.1 should (if not bug me):

   - run on ancient PLT versions (such as 301)
   - rotations are now counter-clockwise
   - the y-axis point "upwards"

Furthermore the other often missed SICP language constructs
cons-stream and amb are included as a bonus.
