[plt-scheme] DDE client on PLaneT

Hi all,
I want to announce that I submitted a package to PLaneT to set up Scheme
clients for dynamic data exchange (DDE) under Windows. It provides execute,
poke and request transactions. It is still in beta state, since I couldn't
test it thoroughly. Although DDE is not a state of the art protocol, perhaps
somebody might need it as I do.
