[plt-scheme] 301.12

MzScheme and MrEd are now version 301.12 in the SVN repository trunk.

Changes:

 * Added `char-general-category'.

 * Extended readtables to support a parser used where the default
   reader parses a symbol or number.

 * Changed the internal representation of some syntax information to
   increase sharing across modules. This saves a little memory in
   DrScheme, and a lot of space in ".zo" files.
