[plt-scheme] Simulation : coupling sub-processes

I am in the process of reformatting the reference manuals so they work with
tex2page and will have them distributed with the PLaneT packages and
accessable through the Help Desk.  I did have the pdfs in the distribution
files, but they were causing problems because of their size.  The following

The science reference manual is fairly complete.  The simulation reference
manual is still in progress, but does have all of the examples in it.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help in the short
term.
