[plt-scheme] Unpacking 20x plt-files on 30x

Is there a way to trick PLT Setup to unpack old plt-files,
in order to look at the source?

I tried to unpack this one

     <http://www.cs.utah.edu/plt/develop/othello.plt>

and got:
