[plt-scheme] Appalling performance of DrScheme on Windows

I hardly ever use the Help Search. To the best of my recollection my 
problems occur regardless of whether DrScheme is minimized.

Sometimes, but the problem seems to happen whether or not I do a search.  
Simply if I leave DrScheme idle for a while, especially when minimized.
