[plt-scheme] Appalling performance of DrScheme on Windows

I also have the same thing happen at times, and for all versions of  
DrScheme I've ever tried.

As near as I can tell, it happens if I leave DrScheme open for a while  
without using it for anything. It seems to especially happen if I minimize  
it for a while, so maybe something is going on that, when minimized,  
causes it to leak memory or somesuch?

Oh, RAM = 512MB, CPU = 1.18 or 2.19 GHz, depending on mode. (Laptop compy.  
can be set to automatically change as needed)
