[plt-scheme] NEED HELP

Hi ...
   
  I have project , in which am assigned to do scheme-xml-scheme translation.
  Am done with scheme to xml translation, but not able to do with xml to scheme translation in DRScheme.
   
  am attaching the code of scheme to xml translation.
   
  can some body help me with this
