[plt-scheme] Please help test version 349.100

I'm getting a data execution error when I try to launch DrScheme,
MrEd, or MzScheme. I can twiddle with the settings for DEP and get
them to run, but this shouldn't be necessary.

I am running Windows XP Tablet PC SP2 on a Pentium M (which has
hardware support for DEP).
