[plt-scheme] unable to parse png

After building the latest SVN version on Debian GNU/Linux, running
help-desk gives me the following error and then exits:

include-bitmap: unable to parse image, originated from: /usr/local/lib/plt/collects/icons/turn-down.png

/usr/local/lib/plt/collects/mrlib/include-bitmap.ss:50:20


Any ideas?
