[plt-scheme] transformer environment

Hi,

I have read this in the manual:

"The top-level environment for transformer expressions is
separate from the normal top-level environment."

Ok. I can access the normal top-level environment with 
#%top , and
how can I access the top-level environment for transformer
expressions?
Any interface to it?
