[plt-scheme] DrScheme3m Under V350.3

I can't seem to get a successful install of DrScheme using 3M under  
Mac OS X:

I tried cleaning everything and making from scratch, but that didn't  
seem to help.  I am using the "make 3m" and "make install-3m" targets.
