[plt-scheme] SchemeUnit graphical UI

A number of people have asked about the SchemeUnit
graphical UI.  It existed in the previous version of
SchemeUnit, but support was dropped in the most recent
release.  The good news is that Ryan Culpepper, inbetween
making the world safe for macros, has found time to port
it.  The latest release of SchemeUnit includes the GUI, and
it's available at a PLaneT near you!:
